Security Valuations Web Application (Redesign) – In Progress

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC

  • Project Definition: Apply an updated visual design, which is consistent as clients navigate through the Wells Fargo portal for capital market clients. The new user interface framework will remediate all ADA (section 508) compliance issues.
  • Key Responsibilities: Project Manager – initiate project/funding, prepare Project Definition Document and test plans, track development work, lead weekly development team meetings, communicate status updates to cross-functional teams.

Fixed Income Market & Portfolio Strategy Web Application (Redesign) – Completed Winter 2017

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC

  • Project Definition: As a result of changing business needs, overhaul the application’s user interface design/functionality and administrative module. Enhance the user interface to meet ADA (section 508) requirements.
  • Key Responsibilities: Business Analyst/Project Manager – elicit and manage requirements for new functionality, remodel user interface design (within corporate marketing parameters), track development team efforts, lead weekly development team meetings, provide updates to line-of-business, lead software demonstrations.

Card Access Integration (real-time file transfer scheme) – Completed Fall 2015

Clemson University Housing and Dining

  • Project Definition: Establish a real-time transfer of data between University Housing’s housing management system and the university’s card access system. Significantly improve the reliability and efficiency of physical access to Clemson’s residential buildings.
  • Key Responsibilities: Business Analyst/Project Manager – complete in-depth research of current technology and stakeholders, gather requirements, write functional specifications, officially set up the project with third-party vendors, perform scenario testing with development team at each residential location/reader.

Student Locator Web Application Implementation – Completed Summer 2015

Clemson University Housing and Dining, Clemson University Student Affairs

  • Project Definition: Implement a tool for university police and Student Affairs crisis staff to locate students and access contact information in the event of an emergency.
  • Key Responsibilities: Business Analyst/Project Manager – gather requirements, write functional specifications, officially set up the project with CCIT and track development efforts, create documentation and train staff in preparation for the rollout.

StarRez Software System Implementation – Completed Spring 2014

Clemson University Housing and Dining

  • Project Definition: Transition University Housing & Dining from a home-grown housing management system to a third party solution.
  • Key Responsibilities: Project Manager – lead software implementation from procurement through the first cycle of housing sign-up in the new system.

Degree Works Web Application Implementation – Completed Winter 2013

Clemson Computing Information & Technology (CCIT)

  • Project Definition: Implement an academic advising and degree audit tool that supports students and their advisors successful navigation of curriculum requirements.
  • Key Responsibilities: Project Coordinator – originate and maintain the project plan, produce marketing/training materials, coordinate development efforts, and train university staff on system functionality.
